Baptism in the Name of Jesus (Explained in attached article below)

There are 4 things that I learned from the Asbury revival:

1.) Christians need to be very careful and wise concerning the times that we live in.

2.) Deception in the church is not coming from obvious secular information, but through the twisting of scripture and it is happening WITHIN the church. (This is why, one of the reasons, Jesus tells us to meditate in His word.)

3.) Apostolic/Pentecostal/Oneness Christians need to start doing more in-reach and outreach and not leaving it to people with broken doctrine. Instead of making our buildings larger, spread the truth of salvation. The world is hungry, and will eat anything that feels nourishing to their souls. We are being held accountable.

4.) A lot of people are going to need to be re-baptized.

Baptism in the NAME of Jesus. It is a commandment. And YES, how we are Baptized matters to Jesus. It is obedience to Him and again, HIS commandment. We cannot be so deceived. There are too many people that are not teaching the masses the right way of salvation, and that is going to cost a lot of souls. FATHER, SON & HOLY SPIRIT, is not the singular name: JESUS. Paul RE-BAPTIZED believers in Ephesus. They were not correctly baptized. This is not knit picking, this is scripture and vital to salvation. I suppose the Asbury Revival is coming to a close, and people are posting pictures of Baptisms. I got so excited when I finally saw that……even hearing about it would have made me excited…..IF, souls were actually being Baptized, the way Jesus commanded. I held on to hope, as I watched a video of a man baptizing this young student, in the trinitarian baptismal belief, which is not scripture. I was hoping he would say; "In the name of Jesus". That was my final straw and greatest aggravation. It was also eye opening and amazing that the scripture that speaks about deception being extremely heavy amongst the believers in the last days, is happening right before our eyes. The frightening truth is, it is not coming from obvious deceptions on the outside, it is coming from WITHIN the church. There is no doubt in my mind that the spirit of the Lord is moving. The name of JESUS, is power. Even demons have to flee at the mention of His name. However, a revival without salvation the way Jesus COMMANDED, cannot be called a revival.
